Leading Change

Context. What do you do when an emerging body of data suggests that up to 80 percent of organizational change efforts fail to achieve their desired objectives? Just trying harder probably won't work.

Change "know-how" is quickly becoming a significant part of an organization's competitive advantage. This "know-how" requires that leaders at every level be able to divide their attention among serving customers today, improving the organization for tomorrow, and preparing for future opportunities and challenges. It means they need to be able to lead change by managing the technical, organizational, and human aspects of change.

Audience. Senior executives, middle managers, first-line supervisors, and change agents at every level can use the concepts, models, and skills to help them navigate through the uncertain, ambiguous, and dynamic territory of organizational change.

Purpose. To provide leaders at every organizational level with the ability to lead themselves, their organization, and it members through change.

What You Will Learn.
