Collaborative Change: Improving Organizational Performance - For managers, leadership teams, project teams and consultants (i.e., anyone being asked to "fix" or improve their organization's performance). Participants will learn how to systematically and collaboratively develop and implement change. They will learn how to build a strong foundation for change, involve key stakeholders in determining what changes are needed, and implement change to improve the organization's performance.

Consulting Skills: Bringing Our Authentic Selves Forward - For internal and external consultants or staff members who are expected to influence people and decisions over which they have no direct control. This course increases the ability of anyone in a consultative role to have their expertise fully utilized and their recommendations implemented. Participants will learn how to accomplish the outcomes each phase of the Consulting Process and carry out the Eight Keys to Consulting.

Creating Profound Change Through Collaborative Organization Design - Equips leaders and members with a proven approach to collaboratively redesigning their entire organization in significant ways. Provides a methodology, set of guiding principles, and a took kit through which organizations can meet customer needs and respond to the challenges and opportunities in the market place.

Leading Change - Because change is becoming increasingly ubiquitous, change "know-how" is at a premium. This workshop equips leaders with the core competencies for helping themselves and their organizations through the technical and emotional hurdles of change. The competencies covered range from building a compelling case for change to managing one's personal change process as well as that of others.

Collaborative Team Series - Effective teamwork is a cornerstone of outstanding organizations. This series is designed to help organizations create and use teamwork at every level.

  • Skills for Members - Designed to be delivered to intact teams (e.g., functional, project, cross-functional) and work groups, this two-day workshop increases the willingness and ability of members to function as responsible contributors . The leader(s) and members build their individual and collective knowledge and skills while developing their whole team.

  • Skills for Leaders - This three-day workshop is for leaders who want to increase their ability to build and lead extraordinary teams. They will explore the values and beliefs underlying collaboration and learn practical knowledge, skills, and tools to increase their team's commitment and performance.

  • Facilitation Skills - Meetings are a critical key to developing stronger teamwork across organizations. In this three-day workshop, participants learn the core competencies for creating meetings which positively affect an organization's performance. They also learn how to improve their organization's system of meetings to engender more effective communication and decision-making.
